Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. CSI is the most caring security service company I can imagine. All the team members make you feel like family. They really care about you. I'm so glad I upgraded my entire security system with them and feel safe and secure. Highly recommended.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I can't speak highly enough about Alex and the entire CSI team. Our insurance required installation of additional equipment. CSI worked quickly and professionally to help satisfy the insurer's requirements with minimal stress and prompt service.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. CSI security was very responsive after discovering 2 sensors were placed where the summer window screen needed to go. They sent a great tech named Erix, who was professional, speedy, thorough and most importantly - polite and friendly! It probably helped that he recently moved to LA from the Midwest. Hopefully he’ll keep his personable and friendly personality! Thank you so much!

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. We had a problem with one of our smoke/CO alarms and Erix, the CSI technician, fixed it the same day the problem started. He was just terrific, not only in fixing the problem, but in explaining the cause and future prevention. He was polite and a delight to work with. I highly recommend CSI and their staff.
